Connexall Version 4 Refresher Training is designed to keep your staff up to date on the latest improvements to Connexall, including new applications, features and versions as they become available, bug fixes, and common issues that have come up. This three day course is designed to maximize your knowledge of the most up-to-date version of Connexall, to help you maximize your customers Connexall experience.

During the Refresher course, our team will cover the basic functionality and setup of the new features in the Connexall Notification Server (CNS) version 4 and Device Assignment Client (DAC) version 4, the foundation of Connexall that you will use in every installation. The course will also cover some of the specific clients that are commonly used. See the agenda below for a detailed description of what is covered during Connexall Refresher Training.

Refresher training is required every two years to maintain your status as a certified Connexall reseller.

OUR TRAINERS
Connexall Refresher Training is led by a member of our Engineering Operations team. The team has over a decade of cumulative experience installing Connexall across North America, having completed hundreds of installations in that time in hospitals, hotels, retail stores, and on campuses. They have come across – and solved – virtually every configuration issue imaginable, and use those experiences to help you understand how Connexall works and how to install it properly the first time.

PRE‐REQUISITIES
To register for Connexall Refresher Training, you must have successfully completed Connexall Core Training or Silver Training after January 1, 2007. Technicians trained prior to January 1, 2007 must first successfully complete Connexall Core Training to become recertified, and to then qualify for Refresher Training.
